Age verification is handled by our assurance partner. We never see or store your ID — they return a yes or a no, and nothing else reaches us.

Age assurance is performed by an independent provider — Yoti, VerifyMy, Persona or Incode depending on your jurisdiction — because the United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia and 26 US states now require verified age rather than self-declaration. The provider sees your document or face scan and returns only a pass or a fail. Velvet Hours never receives the image, the document number or your date of birth.
We store your email address, a password hash, your membership status and your viewing history. We do not sell, rent or share personal data with anyone, we run no third-party trackers or advertising pixels, and viewing history is deleted within 30 days of account closure. Under GDPR and the CCPA you may request an export or a deletion at any time by writing to privacy@velvethours.club.
The service is not offered where it is prohibited by local law. Velvet Hours Pictures Ltd is registered in England and Wales, company number 11940822, and access is blocked from jurisdictions in which we cannot lawfully operate.
You must be 18 or over. There is no free trial and no card is stored until you complete a purchase.
